Sholi CWS
Abateraninkunga Ba Sholi
003
This exceptional coffee lot was produced by Karuhije Antoine, a dedicated farmer based in The Southern Province of Rwanda, at an altitude ranging from 1,800 to 2,000 meters above sea level. The coffee was processed by ABATERANINKUNGA BA SHOLI COOPERATIVE, a respected and fast growing cooperative renowned for its commitment to quality, timely delivering and sustainable farming practices. The lot underwent an anaerobic natural process, with cherries meticulously sun-dried on raised beds to enhance its bold and fruit-forward character. This careful processing method amplifies the coffee’s complexity, resulting in vibrant, juicy notes of ripe mango, blackberry, and creamy chocolate. Grown in the fertile, sand-clay soils of Muhanga and certified Fairtrade, this coffee embodies the finest of Rwandan specialty production—reflecting the unique terroir and the expertise of its farmer and cooperative
