K-Organics
2026-RAB-KABU-KARA
This exceptional RAB C15 lot was cultivated with meticulous care at K-ORGANICS, in the highlands of Huye District, Southern Rwanda, at 1,950–2,085 meters above sea level. Grown within a biodiverse agroforestry system under carefully managed shade trees and nourished with estate-produced compost, the coffee benefits from high elevation and a favorable climate that enhance its distinctive character. Only fully ripe cherries were selected. They underwent a controlled 96-hour Natural Anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks, followed by slow shade drying. This careful process develops pronounced sweetness and complexity while preserving clarity, balance, and vibrant acidity. From soil health to final drying, every step reflects K-ORGANICS’ commitment to regenerative agriculture, meticulous processing, and exceptional quality—showcasing the remarkable potential of Rwanda’s RAB C15.

About the Farm
K-ORGANICS began with a simple belief: that Rwanda can produce coffees of exceptional quality when we give equal attention to the land, the coffee plant, and every step of the journey from seed to cup. Located in the highlands of Huye District, our family farm has evolved into a place where we experiment, learn, and continually refine how coffee can be grown and processed. We are committed to regenerative agriculture—not simply to producing coffee, but to building healthy soils, protecting biodiversity, nurturing shade-grown coffee, and creating a farm that can remain productive for generations. Our journey has also taught us that quality is never achieved through a single intervention. It comes from thousands of careful decisions: selecting the right varieties, nurturing healthy plants, harvesting only ripe cherries, experimenting with fermentation and drying, and learning from every harvest. Our RAB C15 and Geisha lots are expressions of this philosophy. For us, K-ORGANICS is more than a coffee farm. It is a long-term journey of stewardship, experimentation, and excellence. Every exceptional cup is both a reward for the care invested today and an encouragement to keep raising the standard for tomorrow.
