Lot 07/05/2026 consists of carefully hand-picked coffee
cherries. After the farmers delivered the cherries to the washing
station, the cherries were sorted to remove any damaged or
defective ones, leaving only healthy and properly ripe
cherries.
The selected cherries were then placed in airtight fermentation
tanks, completely sealed to prevent air from entering, where they
underwent anaerobic fermentation for 72 hours.
After fermentation, the coffee cherries were transferred to raised
drying beds, where they continued to be carefully sorted to remove
any cherries that did not meet the required quality standards. The
lot was dried under moderate sunlight, at an average temperature of
approximately 24°C, for a period of 35 days.
At the end of this process, we obtained a high-quality Anaerobic
Natural coffee, which was stored in stock and kept under
appropriate conditions until it is processed into green coffee for
shipment to the buyer.

About the Farm
NSHIMIYIMANA Fidele is a lead farmer representing other farmers
who supplied this coffee lot to HORIZON SUPREME COFFEE LTD. Over
the past seven years, he has supported fellow farmers by sharing
knowledge and best practices on coffee cultivation and
management.
In addition to his formal education, Fidele has received
specialized training from organizations including NAEB,
TechnoServe, CQI, and RTC. These trainings have strengthened his
expertise and enabled him to progressively establish his own coffee
farm by acquiring land as his resources allowed. He currently
manages approximately 1,000 coffee trees, which began producing two
years ago.
Fidele has also been entrusted by HORIZON SUPREME COFFEE LTD with
supporting and training other farmers working with the company. His
contribution has helped improve farming practices and,
consequently, the quality of coffee processed by the company.
As an emerging young farmer and leader, Fidele has also played an
important role in encouraging other young people to consider coffee
farming as a promising agricultural opportunity.
