Cyeza CWS
Great Coffee Farmers Ltd
Lot 2
LOT 2
This coffee is produced by farmers represented by BIHIBINDI VALENS,
a coffee farmer from Rwanda’s Southern Province, where coffee
is grown at 1,880–1,910 metres above sea level.
The coffee is processed by Great Coffee Farmers Ltd at Cyeza Coffee
Washing Station (CWS), with a focus on quality and environmental
responsibility.
Lot 2 uses the Fully Washed processing method. Care begins at farm
level through harvest and processing. Farmers select fully ripe,
red coffee cherries and deliver them to CWS, where they undergo
selection, floating, sorting, fermentation, washing, final sorting,
and drying on raised beds.
These steps protect the coffee’s quality, sweetness, and
unique character. The high altitude, climate, and processing give
it a Rwandan character, with sweet fruit notes, aroma, and clean,
bright taste.
This lot reflects its terroir, farmers’ work, and Great
Coffee Farmers Ltd’s commitment to high-quality specialty
coffee.

Southern Province, a skilled coffee farmer named Bihibindi Valens
represented eleven farmers who cultivated high-quality Arabica
coffee. Their coffee farms are located in Muhanga District,
especially in Cyeza Sector, Kivumu Cell, at an altitude of 1,880 to
1,910 metres above sea level.

Lot 2, a special coffee lot produced by Great Coffee Farmers Ltd
and processed at the Cyeza Coffee Washing Station. The
farmers’ dedication to coffee farming plays an important role
in producing quality coffee from this high-altitude area. When the
coffee cherries were ripe and ready for processing, they were
delivered to Great Coffee Farmers / Cyeza CWS, where they were
carefully processed using the Fully Washed method. This processing
method helps reveal a clean cup profile and the special
characteristics of Arabica BM coffee grown in this area.
The story of Bihibindi Valens and the farmers from Cyeza Sector,

pursuit of quality. Through their strong cooperation with Great
Coffee Farmers Ltd, their coffee contributes to the continued
development of Rwanda’s coffee sector and creates an
