Cyeza CWS

Great Coffee Farmers Ltd

Lot 2

LOT 2
This coffee is produced by farmers represented by BIHIBINDI VALENS, a coffee farmer from Rwanda’s Southern Province, where coffee is grown at 1,880–1,910 metres above sea level.
The coffee is processed by Great Coffee Farmers Ltd at Cyeza Coffee Washing Station (CWS), with a focus on quality and environmental responsibility.
Lot 2 uses the Fully Washed processing method. Care begins at farm level through harvest and processing. Farmers select fully ripe, red coffee cherries and deliver them to CWS, where they undergo selection, floating, sorting, fermentation, washing, final sorting, and drying on raised beds.
These steps protect the coffee’s quality, sweetness, and unique character. The high altitude, climate, and processing give it a Rwandan character, with sweet fruit notes, aroma, and clean, bright taste.
This lot reflects its terroir, farmers’ work, and Great Coffee Farmers Ltd’s commitment to high-quality specialty coffee.
