About the Farm
NGIRUWONSANGA Celestin is a coffee farmer who works with CAFERWA BULIZA Coffee Washing Station. He started growing coffee in 2009 and currently has 430 coffee trees. Coffee farming has helped him build a house where he lives with his family and purchase a cow, which provides him with organic manure that he uses to fertilize his coffee trees.He plans to expand the area under coffee cultivation by planting new seedlings and increase the number of cows so that he can have more organic manure . This will enable him to maintain good soil fertility and ensure that his coffee trees remain well mulched.
